Georgia Pomskies ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit georgiapomskies.com, create an account, join our waitlist, or upload puppy photos.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, messages, stud listing details, and puppy photos. Account data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud). Contact form submissions are stored in Firestore and emailed via Resend. Payment data for banner ads is processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, manage waitlists, operate breeder and owner portals, publish stud listings, display puppy galleries (with your consent), process payments, and improve our services.
Photo & Email Processing
When you email photos to photos@georgiapomskies.com, Resend receives the message and forwards metadata to our servers. Attachments are validated (JPEG format, size limits), sanitized, and stored in Firebase Cloud Storage. We log upload attempts for security. Rejected uploads trigger an auto-reply explaining the reason.
Third-Party Processors
We use Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, hosting), Resend (email), and Stripe (payments). These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.
Cookies & Analytics
We use essential session cookies for authentication. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Firebase may collect technical logs for security and performance.
Data Retention
We retain contact submissions and account data as long as needed to provide services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing hello@georgiapomskies.com.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Georgia residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
