Agreement
By accessing georgiapomskies.com, creating an account, joining our waitlist, purchasing a puppy, listing a stud, or uploading photos, you agree to these Terms of Service. Georgia Pomskies ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Tony & Tracy Blackburn in McDonough, Georgia.
Puppy Sales & Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a puppy. Puppy placement is at our sole discretion based on litter availability and family fit. Deposits, pricing, and health guarantees are provided in writing at the time of reservation. All sales are subject to our written puppy contract and Georgia law.
Health Guarantee
We provide a written genetic health guarantee for puppies we produce. This guarantee does not cover injuries, neglect, or conditions arising after go-home day. Buyers must follow veterinary care guidelines provided at pickup. Stud services are provided on an as-is basis with health documentation shared in good faith.
Stud Directory Listings
Breeder accounts may submit stud listings to our Georgia directory. You represent that you own or have authority to list the dog, that health information is accurate, and that your listing complies with applicable laws. We may remove listings that are misleading, incomplete, or violate these terms without notice.
Photo Uploads
Puppy owners may upload photos via our portal or by emailing photos@georgiapomskies.com from their registered address. By uploading, you grant Georgia Pomskies a non-exclusive license to display the photos on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You may opt out by contacting hello@georgiapomskies.com. You confirm you have the right to share the images and that they depict your puppy.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Georgia Pomskies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, stud directory listings, or puppy purchases.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in Henry County, Georgia unless otherwise required by law.
